1. Course Enrollment

2. Registration and Booking Payments
Any registration, admission, booking, or seat-reservation amount paid to Ad Campaign Academy may be non-refundable, particularly where the payment is made to reserve a limited seat or confirm enrollment.

3. Course Fee Refunds
Once a student has started attending classes, accessed course materials, received training resources, or otherwise commenced the program, course fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests after the commencement of training may not be accepted because resources, instructor time, course access, and administrative arrangements may already have been allocated to the student.
4. Cancellation Before Course Commencement
If a student requests cancellation before the course begins, the academy may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund may be subject to deductions for registration, administrative expenses, payment processing charges, materials, or other costs already incurred by the academy.
Approval of a refund is not automatic and will depend on the circumstances of the request.
5. EMI and Finance Payments
Where an EMI or finance payment facility is available, the applicable finance or payment terms must be followed.
Any finance arrangement may be subject to separate terms established by the relevant finance provider or payment partner. Cancellation of a course does not automatically cancel an external finance agreement or payment obligation.
Students should review the applicable finance terms before selecting an EMI facility.
6. Missed Classes
Missing classes due to personal, professional, academic, travel, technical, or other reasons does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.
Where reasonably possible, the academy may provide alternative learning arrangements, recordings, assignments, or other support depending on the course structure.
7. Course Transfer
In certain circumstances, a student may request to transfer enrollment to another batch or course. Such requests will be considered at the discretion of Ad Campaign Academy and may be subject to availability and applicable conditions.
Course transfers are not guaranteed.
8. Academy Cancellation
If Ad Campaign Academy cancels a course or is unable to provide the promised training program, the academy may offer an alternative batch, rescheduling option, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances.
9. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special offers, discounts, promotional pricing, limited-seat offers, and other promotional benefits may have specific conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional payments are subject to the same refund restrictions described in this policy.
